I begin to wonder why my foods doesnt turn out the way they should despite following the recipe to the T.

Food become such a science when you get fail attempts but you reckon easy like crap when they turn out so easily from other ppl cooking the same foods.

I thought I start docummenting my foods attempts so should I ever have children they can reel in laughter how their mom is such an idiot when it come to cooking some stuff.. On another side of things, my mum told me when she just started out learning to cook, her screwed up attempt was more hilarious and absolutely mind boggling to ppl who expect her to turn up at the pot luck with the foods she promised. Only problem according to my dad was, either the curry turn sour become of her lack of knowledge of handling coconut milk or the pig stomach wasnt wash properly and the soup apparently was meant for the bin.

I'm inspired by mum because today, she's one of the best cook among ppl I know and her food get praise from ppl not out of goodwill but because of their extremely delicious taste. Despite all the stuff dad always says about mum's attempts in the past, she is what she is today because of past failures.

So I am a beginner cook and baker... hear me script my attempts. And kids, if you are reading this. Mum hope that this will be a good archive for you to see what sort of cooking disaster your dad and gramps have to endure.
